Consortium research: A method of collaboration between research institutes and practical partners of the design-oriented information systems research and business informatics research. Thereby, researchers work with several partner companies on an issue of shared interest. The results of the research are “artifacts” (for example, methods or models) that contribute to the solution of the practical problem.
