During the 51st CC CDQ workshop in Gottlieben (Switzerland), Tobias Pentek presented some interesting preliminary findings from the CDQ Trend Study. The data was collected from 23 managers from 19 companies from different industries, who filled out a questionnaire comprising 165 questions and took part in a 60- to 120-minute interview.
